Article 10. (10) It is temporarily decided that a fee of

dollars five and a stamp tax of dollars one

shall be collected for each transportation permit

issued.

Article 11 (11) In case any statement or table necessary to

be filled in while applying for a permit is

deficient or abridged, or fails to be filled out

in detail, or fails to be in conformity with the

rovisions of these Detailed Rules, or in case

the applicant fails to pay the fee for the

permit and stamp tax in full, all such

applications shall without distinction become

null and void, except those for which special

circumstances have been announced in advance.

Article 12 (12) These Detailed Rules shall be put into

effect from the date of promulgation.

While the 1930 revision employed the units of weight

and measures "chin" and "ch' ih", the present revision adopts the units "shih chin" and "shih ch'ih" (or "market" standard

pounds and feet as the case may be).
